Everything seems to frustrate him - even the most mundane of nuisances can set him off. For example, one time he was on hold for six minutes - he punched through a wall. This is not especially good for his career as a lawyer. It has forced him to lower his rates well below normal, and take on cases that are a little bit... off. This frustrates him.
