This is: Eduardo Chang.
He always wanted to be a concert pianist - but in his younger days he got caught up in the rebellious world of hardcore folk accordion. Later in his life he will contract a nasty cold causing him to reevaluate his course in life. He will then become a trumpet player in a mariachi band, and write a hit single "Los el Taco Diablo con Queso."
