He was born in a laboratory in an attempt to make something that was interesting enough to fund. Eventually in a freak accident he got loose, much to the dismay of the under funded doctor. He took up residence in the air ducts, and became a sort of building enigma. He was kept alive when he was little by Tobie who viewed him as a pet, fed him his vegetables, and tried to convince a few others in a prank that William was the air duct god. Sadly, he eventually had to be put down for eating a lady. It really was a pitty, as William was an herbivore, and the lady was simply dressed as a carrot at the wrong time.
