This is not a bad thing.
Her plays were good, in a sort of fourth wall breaking, aside filled juxtaposition of the expected and the ironic sort of a way. (And are filled with sentances such as the former.) Because of her issues though, she never felt comfortable sending her plays to people who could perform them in a dignified manner, and the thought of finding a theatre student to take her works and build an entirely mediocre play out of the fruits of her labour seemed rather... disconcerting. Given her predisposition, her works most likely would have gone completely unnoticed.
