It was self published with an inkjet, a gluestick and some cardboard. Nobody really noticed too much though, seeing as it was mostly just bought by hipsters as furniture. At eighteen inches tall, it makes for fascinating coffee table. While this original hipster pun was funny, it was heavy. A more enterprising hipster decided to cash in, and figured out how to build hollow coffee table books. Future libraries will become frustrated, assuming what happened was simliar to a mass book burning.
